ScoreKit Terms, License & Refunds

The product
ScoreKit is a downloadable, self-contained HTML file generated by the builder at scorekit.brandmadeclear.com. You buy a license key that unlocks the download. The file is hosted on your own website. Brand Made Clear does not host your quiz or store your leads.
License
Each license key is for one buyer and may be used to generate and update a quiz for the buyer's own business or one client project. Reselling the generated file as a standalone product, redistributing the builder, or sharing license keys is not allowed.
14-day refund policy
If ScoreKit is not the right fit, email nicole@brandmadeclear.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We process approved refunds through our payment provider. A full refund deactivates the license key.
Support
Support is email-only. We help with file generation, builder issues, and the setup guide. We do not provide custom development, website hosting, or email deliverability troubleshooting beyond the FormSubmit activation steps in the guide.
No warranty
The file is provided as-is. Brand Made Clear is not responsible for your host configuration, FormSubmit or webhook deliverability, or how you collect and handle visitor data. You are responsible for your privacy notice, consent choices, marketing practices, and compliance with requirements that apply to your business.
